SHARON SIAMON writes adventure and humour books for children. Her first novels, the Fishing for Trouble series, were set in the wilderness of Northern Ontario, where her family built a log house on a remote island. In her new series, the Mustang Mountain adventures, Sharon returns to her first love, horses, and sets her books in the Alberta Rockies where thirteen-year-old riders explore wilderness trails on sure-footed mountain horses. In Gallop to the Sea, the first in the Saddle Island Series, she sets her story on the eastern shores beautiful Nova Scotia. There horses, boats, and adventure awaits her characters.
